Robert Séguin
Born in Montreal, Robert Seguin is a self-taught painter. He studied at Concordia University in the design program. Robert has worked as a billboard painter and also as an illustrator, computer artist and colourist in the publishing business.
During that time, he developed his painting technique and took part in many group exhibitions. His work can be found in many private and corporate collections in Canada.
Robert Seguin has been fascinated for quite a while by the juxtaposition of geometrical structures and light patterns that emerge in big cities.
He has been painting cityscapes and landscapes for many years in a realistic and semi-realistic fashion.
